Affiliate Program Benefits:

• Affiliates are paid on all re-orders: We have a 365-day cookie within our system. When a sale is made using your affiliate code and the customer comes back to re-order, you will get full credit for the sale. Re-Orders are paid the same commission rate. Likewise, if the customer phones us to re-order using the previous contact information we have on file for them, you will get full credit for the re-order.
• Sales Promotions: PHT does consistent marketing campaigns to all customers through email marketing and a mailed full color newsletters 2 times a year to help generate re-orders for our affiliates.
• Tracking: You will be able to track you sales as they are made, your click through date, and your commissions due and paid.

Commission Checks are sent twice a month on the 1st and 16th with a $20 minimum. Sales generated from the 1st - 15th of the month get paid on the 1st of the following month. Sales generated from the 16th - 31st of the month get paid on the 16th of the following month. There is a two week accounting period before commissions are sent.

Pure Health Trends has a tried and proven track record in direct response advertising. The management team has taken their prior direct response experience and added a new twist, which will drive the Bonus commissions to the highest paid commissions in our industry. 1% of ALL Pure Health Trends sales will be divided equally betweenAffiliates who have personally sold a minimum of100 bottles of product for that month.
